  1. What currency is your store in?
    All products are priced at KYD (Cayman Islands Dollar) currency.

  2. What payments do you accept?
    We accept cash and debit/credit card payments. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.) 

  3. Can I pickup my order?
    Yes! You can pickup your order at our retail store in One Nexus Way Camana Bay. We are located behind Butterfield bank and next to Workplace environments. 

  4. Can I have my order delivered?
    Yes! We provide delivery on Grand Cayman and to Cayman Brac. No orders are delivered on Sunday or Public Holidays.
  5. What is your refund/exchange policy?
    We offer refunds for unworn and unused items with the original tags intact. Please contact us and we will refund you in Store Credit only.
    Exchanges can be done within 14 days of purchase, a purchase receipt/order number is necessary.

  6. What if I order the wrong sizes?
    If you are unsure of what size you need, we encourage you to use the Sizing Guide located at the footer of the site, contact us directly, or visit or retail store. We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and are happy to work with you to find the correct size. 

  7. Can I use a gift card?
    Yes! We accept both Sportista and Camana Bay gift cards.
