  1. What happens after I place an order online?
    Placing an order online notifies us that you are interested in an item(s). You will then receive an email confirmation of a scheduled delivery/pick-up time. Please see below for delivery/pickup times. If you place an order by mistake, please contact us right away and we will cancel it.

  2. What payments do you accept?
    We accept cash and debit/credit card payments. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.) No payment is taken online.

  3. Can I pickup my order?
    We are currently in the middle of relocating to a new unit in Camana Bay. In the interim, you may pickup items from our sister Store, Futbolista World. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for pickup.

  4. Can I have my order delivered?
    Yes! We provide free, contactless delivery from West Bay to Bodden Town. There is a small fee for deliveries to the Eastern districts as well as the sister islands. Deliveries take place between 1pm and 4pm Monday to Saturday. No orders are delivered on Sunday or Public Holidays. Order before 12pm for same day delivery! 

  5. What is your refund/exchange policy?
    We offer refunds for unworn and unused items. Please contact us and we will refund you in Store Credit only.
    Exchanges can be done within 14 days of purchase, a purchase receipt/order number is necessary.
    **Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily offering cash refunds**

  6. Can I try on before I purchase? What if I order the wrong sizes?
    If you are unsure of what size you need, we can deliver a range of sizes for you to try on. Our drivers can wait up to 15 minutes during a delivery or can return and collect the items at a later time. We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and are happy to work with you to find the correct size. 

  7. Can I pay over the phone?
    Yes! Call us between 10AM and 5PM to process a payment.

  8. Can I use a gift card?
    Yes! You can use a portion or full amount of funds of your gift card. We only accept Sportista and Camana Bay gift cards only.

  9. When will the physical store be open?
    We are working hard to reopen the store. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of the exact date of reopening.
